How do you record a business gift, e.g. a gift to a very good customer? How do you record this? There is no separate purchase invoice for it. The gift is stated among other items you have ordered on one invoice.

Expired items, how to book them?

If something is past its use-by date, you can no longer sell it. Broken products, whether or not caused by a customer, wilted flowers that you can no longer sell. How do you record such items?
