Booking vs summary Social security contributions

Hello, I have paid social security contributions four times this year, entered them in the accounts and marked them as paid. I don’t see them as paid under the PB heading in the Social security contributions subject. What am I doing wrong?

In January 2024, I purchased a mobile phone from (only) 129 euros. I read that I could still claim this expense for my sole proprietor, which was started in October 2024. Given that the purchase price was so low, are we talking about an investment or a business expense?
