Dependent remain

Question

I am starting out as a self-employed student. I am currently still dependent on my parents. In other words, they received child benefit for me and I would like to keep it that way. What is the maximum amount I can earn? And does this amount relate to income or turnover (income – costs)?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

In the next article, we go over the most important tax figures for a self-employed student, including the dependants of your parents and child benefit: https://dexxter.be/self-employed-student-5-belangrijkste-fiscale-cijfers/

This takes into account your net taxable income, which is also discussed in more detail in the article.
