Entering invoices for 2023

As I have only recently taken out a subscription, I would now like to enter my invoices for 2023 in order to get the listing in order. The video mentions historical invoices, but this does not appear on the screen for sales invoices, only for creating or uploading invoices. How can I fix this?

Hello, I delivered work in December 2023 and invoiced it with a sales invoice at the beginning of January 2024. Can I change the fiscal date for the sales invoice to December 2023 somewhere? Or is it correct that I record this income under the 2024 financial year? Thank you in advance! Anouck
