Is there a way to add tags to an invoice yourself?
Or an automatic tag “vAT reversed”? This would be useful to quickly find a summary of what I still need to arrange with our Belgian services.

You can't add tags. However, there is a field "extra information" when you enter the invoice details. You can also add notes to the pDF file before uploading the invoice.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
