Question

Dear Sir/Madam, Is it possible to select fixed professional expenses via Dexxter? I work on an hourly rate with only a laptop as a tool, and this would suit me better. Thank you in advance!

No, fixed professional expenses are not included.

I'm in the same situation and have already asked support, but it's not included.

Same here. How do you solve this? Thanks!

If you do not fill in any expenses from your tax return, fixed professional expenses are automatically applied in the tax return. You can enter social security contributions, but these are not counted as 'normal' expenses and are listed separately in the tax return. So just don't enter any expenses in Dexxter, except for social security contributions, and the social security contributions will automatically be entered in a separate grid in the tax return, so that's fine. Then you will not fill in any expenses in your tax return and the fixed expenses will be applied automatically. The only thing is that Dexxter will then calculate that you have to pay slightly more taxes than you actually do.

You can also include your purchase of goods as an expense in your personal income tax, can't you? Or am I wrong here...

Hmm, I want to switch to this too, more information would be useful!
