Question

Hello,

I recently state at a trade fair and bought some drinks and sweets. I entered this under reception costs. These are 50% deductible.

But I paid for the receipt at the supermarket with my business account… do I have to transfer half of the amount from my private account back to my business account to keep a ‘clean’ summary?

Many thanks in advance!! 🙂

No, that amount is indeed 'business money'. However, in your accounts, only 50% of it will be included in the calculations for taxes. Thank you for your answer.

Invoice only received on the new financial year, but still with the date from the previous (closed) financial year. Still to be entered. It is a cost with reverse-charged vAT.
