Question

As a self-employed in secondary occupation in garden maintenance (pruning, mowing, weeding, etc.), am I always subject to VAT, even if my turnover is less than 25,000 euros in a year?

Your activity relates to immovable property, so you can never be exempted from VAT. You can find more information in step 4 from this blog article:https://dexxter.be/sole-proprietor-start-a-step-by-step-plan/
