Online coach daily receipts?

I am an (online) coach who sells courses with and without online guidance. I have invoices for these here via my webshop after payments. But is it best to keep track of daily receipts or do you recommend invoices? Or can I use a mix?

Expenses without a receipt

Hello I have some expenses that were paid in cash without a receipt, such as a refund to myself for costs from the previous year or the deposit for the key that is not on the invoice.

Add extra vAT details to an invoice

I have a Dutch customer who would like to add his own name and Chamber of Commerce number to the VAT details on his invoice. I can’t find an option anywhere to add extra details beyond the standard required ones… Is this possible in Dexxter, or do I have to create an invoice manually?
