From secondary occupation to main occupation in Dexxter

Yesterday, I switched from being self-employed as a secondary occupation to a main occupation. I updated my status quarterly in the ‘Social security contributions’ section. Do I need to do anything else in Dexxter to make this change clear?

Just started and sales question

I have just received my company number and now want to sell things I created before I had a company number. In other words, I would be selling items I created with materials I purchased as a private person. Is this allowed and how should I go about it?

Dear Sir/Madam, I cannot find any blank invoice templates. How can I find them?

Reference number

Where should I put a reference number on the invoice?

Drawing materials = trade goods or general expenses?

If you make and sell drawings, are the drawing materials (e.g. pens) and paper supplies considered trade goods or general expenses? What is the essential difference between selecting one option over the other?

Include a parasol?

Does a parasol fall under ‘office space’? In other words, I mainly work from home (so I count part of my utility costs and office supplies as expenses), but in the summer I also like to work on my terrace. Can I also include part of the cost of the parasol?

Receipt from market stall

What should I write to the supplier if it is a receipt from the city for the market stall?

This is the first time I’ve used Dexxter. I wanted to enter my daily receipts, but it only states sales? I have a grooming salon where I also sell things, but I wanted to enter my service as a dog groomer. So a service instead of a sale. Thanks in advance.

FAVV Cost category

I don’t know how to record my affiliation with the food agency. There is also no vAT on their invoice, so I suspect they have a special statute since they are a government agency? But so, do I create one myself or do I put this under “social security contributions”?
