Daily receipts / daily receipt book still necessary?

Is it still necessary to keep a daily receipts book if you fill them in in dexxter? Is it possible to print out the daily receipts you fill in in dexxter to keep track of them in your physical accounts? Or is that no longer necessary with dexxter?

Social security contribution exemption 1,865.45. Incl. VAT or excl. VAT?

Hey everyoneTo get an exemption, you have to stay below 1,865.45 euros, right?Is this including or excluding vAT?If I charge a customer a maximum of 1,800 euros excluding vAT, am I still below the limit, or does it take vAT into account, in this case 2,178 euros?

Under which category should I enter our veterinary costs and animal nutrition? For now, veterinary costs under ‘services’ and nutrition under ‘small purchases’.
