Cycle allowance mileage log

Question

Hello,
I want to claim my bicycle travel as an expense. To do this, you need to keep a travel log. Does anyone else do this and how exactly do you keep track of it?

I want to follow this because how do you enter this as an expense?

Hey, I have a separate list (Excel) for this with every trip (date, customer, reason, km). At the end of the year, I enter that list once.

Thanks for your answer.
- Did you also enter the purchases of your bicycles in your accounts?
- Do you only keep track of your work journeys from your work or your private journeys as well? I read somewhere that you had to keep track of everything and always state your mileage. I have an electric bicycle.

Only the kilometres for business purposes are recorded. I don't have a mileage counter on my analogue bicycle.
