Invoice after entering daily receipts

Question

Hello,

I work as a self-employed car coach in secondary occupation. I enter my income via daily receipts. One of my clients has now asked for an invoice for past sessions in order to request a possible refund from his employer. Is this possible and how do I do this?

Thank you!

If you have entered a sale in your daily receipts and the customer later requests an invoice, this is absolutely no problem. You can easily correct the previous received on by doing a negative entry in the daily receipts.

This means that you enter the amount as negative and add a clear description for tax transparency. Don't forget to create the sales invoice afterwards.
