Cleaner with service vouchers

Question

I have a cleaner who works with services vouchers. Can I now also claim these costs for my sole proprietor, for example 20%, because she comes to clean my house, which I use 20% for business purposes?

According to the government, service vouchers may not be used for professional activities. If you claim the costs, I think they will be rejected during an audit.

In my opinion, it is acceptable to have someone clean on invoice or through a temporary employment agency.

As a self-employed person in Belgium, you cannot include the costs of a cleaner, paid for with service vouchers, as a professional expense in your accounts.

Service vouchers are strictly for private use and cannot therefore be deducted for professional use.
