Question

I received a payment for a lesson via my booking website, which amounted to £11.55 (the actual lesson costs £12, but £0.45 is deducted here via the website). The person was ultimately unable to attend and asked for a refund afterwards, which I processed manually. This amounted to £12. How can I enter this correctly in dexxter?

Hi,

First enter the income in daily receipts as €12. Then enter €0.45 in costs for the website commission. Now, for the refund, enter -€12 in daily receipts and type 'lesson refund' as the comment. That way, everything will be entered correctly stated.

Good luck and sunny regards from Gitta :-)
