Question

Hello,

I recently started a secondary occupation and promote my services via Facebook/Instagram. Now I’m wondering where I should put my cancellation policy? Should it be included on the invoice?

Thank you for your input. Valerie

It is not required, but it is quite useful in case something goes wrong. Cancellation and sales terms and conditions are therefore not required, but they are a must.

Kind regards, Kurt
