Question

Hi,

I have an invoice from the Netherlands and want to create this supplier. However, the Chamber of Commerce number is not recognised by Dexxter. How can I resolve this?

I have already selected ‘company inside the EU’ and then selected the Dutch.

The number on the invoice is KVK 54072905

Thanks!

KVK is not a vAT number, you have to enter the vAT number :)

It is best to question that company for their vAT number and hopefully you will get it that way. But it may also be that the company is not subject to VAT and does not have a vAT number.

Unless they charge vAT or work with 0% reverse-charged vAT, yes, in which case you can be sure that they do have a vAT number, of course.

Thank you for your answer! It's worked out now!
