Bpost shipping costs, which cost category?

Hello everyone,

I give workshops and sometimes send my customers a piece of work after the workshops. I currently use Bpost, which bundles the costs and sends me a monthly invoice from those shipping costs.

I can enter this invoice in my accounts, but what is not clear to me is which cost category it falls under.

Small purchases Transport costs for trade goods, I think. Transportation costs of goods is indeed a better category. I hadn't come across that one yet. The most important thing is to create a good and logical classification of cost categories for yourself so that you have a good explanation in case of an audit. Inspectors use predetermined profit margins on your trade goods according to your type of company. If those ratios are not correct, they will dig a little deeper...
