I question whether your work telephone subscription always has to be a business subscription? Or can you just request a second number with a private person subscription? Private person subscriptions are sometimes a better deal than business subscriptions. Or do you really need to be able to submit an invoice with the company name and VAT number in order to claim it as an expense?
As a sole proprietor, it doesn't matter. You can also have one number for work and private use and claim the portion you use your number for your business as an expense.All-in-one is exactly what I don't want :) I would like to keep my private and work life separate, so I was wondering if there were any conditions attached to the work-related number.
The example of one number was just to show that you can claim your expenses for a sole proprietor without mentioning your company name and vAT number. Make sure the invoice is in your name.
