Purchases from the Dutch, with reverse-charged vAT

Question

I have found a Dutch supplier for my business. I cannot order from them as a private person (which would be most convenient), so I have to make purchases at 0% VAT. I am exempted from VAT myself, so, as I acknowledge it, I have to submit a special declaration here.

Can anyone tell me how to do this? When do I do this? Can this be done via Dexxter? Are there any other things I need to take into account when ordering from the Dutch or another country?

I also did my special VAT via Dexxter. Special VAT basically means that the VAT has been paid by the party that placed the order at 0% vAT, you see.

Thank you for your response! I know what it means, but how do I enter this correctly on Dexxter? Are there any other things I should take into account?

Hello, I actually have the same question.
I bought a refurbished laptop from a website. When entering my company details, I suddenly didn't have to pay vAT on it. But how do I enter this in the app?
