Customer list inactive vAT number

Question

Hey, I issued invoices for more than 250 euros for a company in 2021. This should appear in the customer list, but it doesn’t. I looked up the company number on Intervat and got the next message: ‘This vAT number is no longer enabled’. I think this is a rather exceptional situation. Is it standard for this to no longer appear in the customer list? Do I need to do anything special about this? Thanks in advance.

This means that the customer is no longer enabled or no longer has an active vAT number. And if they no longer have a vAT number, then the customer should indeed not be on your customer list.

So it seems fine to me, they just shouldn't be on your customer list :)
