How can I use Dexxter to LINK a supplier who sends invoices several times a month, and therefore always ends up in the same cost category, to this cost category without having to look it up every time?

That is not possible, but I also asked this question to support (for monthly internet costs in my case) and was told that this is something they want to add to the new go.dexxter.be in the near future :)
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
