What about vAT now that I have switched from exempted to subject to VAT?

Question

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was VAT exempt and therefore made an exceptional vAT declaration for this.

Now I am subject to VAT and I see that Dexxter shows neither an advantage (VAT refund) nor a disadvantage (special VAT payment) on my vAT amount from my foreign vAT number! Do I still have to pay this separately?

What do you mean, 'your foreign vAT number'?

Normally, you have no advantage or disadvantage because you have simply paid the vAT on the special vAT. That is separate from your vAT declaration as a subject to VAT, isn't it? Or am I mistaken here?
