Question

Hello everyone,

I am currently on disability and receiving benefits.

On 01/04/2024, I started my own business (as a secondary occupation). However, due to circumstances, I have not yet started working as a self-employed person in my secondary occupation. So, to date, I have not generated any income from it.

I am fully okay with the health insurance fund. I have a statement confirming that I have not started my self-employed activity as a secondary occupation.

But how do I sort this out from an accounting perspective?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Els

Even if you have not incurred any expenses or earned any income, you still need to submit your vAT declaration. You can do this via Dexxter.

Thank you!

I might not have thought of that straight away...

I am currently exempt from vAT. But it's good to know when that might change!
