Question

Dear Sir/Madam, How can I submit my customer listing? Where or how can I find it? Currently, my customers are private individuals and not required to pay VAT. I hope you can help me with how to proceed. As I acknowledge, customer listing must first be done if your customers are required to become subject to VAT. But apparently, even if they are private customers, customer listing must also be done. My problem is that i don’t know how to download my customers. I have tried, but it says that my customer listing is empty.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Michelle

Hello Michelle,

Since you are subject to VAT, you do need to submit a customer list, even if it is empty. You can do this via Declarations>Customer list and follow the steps to do when you select the correct year to submit and then press next. Private persons do not need to be included in a customer list. Dexxter automatically retrieves this information from your invoices to check whether these customers need to be included.
