Trade goods or not

Question

Hello, I am a nail stylist and I have a question: do the products I use to perform treatments fall under trade goods or something else?

Regards, Wanda

Hey,

The products you use (e.g. gel, nail file, cuticle nippers, etc.) to provide your services (the treatment) are not trade goods in my opinion (because you do not resell them).

If you use the products to sell to your clients, then of course they are.

I'm not entirely sure, but based on the information provided by Dexxter, I suspect they are.
