I want to upload a Dutch invoice that only states the price incl. VAT. This does not work because I also have to fill in the price excluding VAT, which is not stated on the invoice. Why does the programme only ask for this for this invoice? Can I calculate this myself? And how do I do that?
Does your own vAT number and the vAT number of the Dutch company appear on the invoice? In that case, there is a vAT reverse charge and the amount incl. vAT is the same as the amount excl. vAT. You must then submit a special vAT declaration 629 to the vAT authorities once a quarter and pay the vAT on the amount to the Belgian vAT authorities.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
