Recording expenses and keeping supporting documents on paper

Question

Hello,

I’m new here and am using my trial period to view if Dexxter is right for me.I want to enter my expenses for 2022 and have a question: can I record the expenses in the system and keep the supporting documents in a folder (on paper) as I have been doing until now? Otherwise, it will be impossible to enter all of this into the system for 2022.

Kind regards,

Ute.

Well... I think that would be possible. Perhaps not 100% what Dexxter was designed for :s

You can enter things in bulk without a document via the reports -> start income statement. That module wasn't designed for that (I think, perhaps Dexxter can confirm?), but you can use it for that purpose.

If you keep track of everything yourself, why not? But then I question whether Excel wouldn't be better for you? Because you suffer a loss of a lot of the good things from Dexxter?

Is the problem entering the documents into Dexxter? Because their app is coming for mobile phones, it's already available for Android (I have Android), but a friend of mine couldn't find it on iPhone yet. It will probably come, maybe that can help you?
