Physiotherapist income

Question

I work as a self-employed physiotherapist in a group practice and am paid by my practice owner for my own services. How do I enter this payment in Dexter? Because this is not via an invoice, but via bank transfer.

I think you can enter this as a daily receipt. It seems more logical to me that you would issue an invoice to your practice owner.

Daily receipts are only allowed if they are receipts from a private person. That does not seem to be the case here.

Do you have a contract or something similar in which this has been agreed? And is it a fixed amount? Because in that case, I think you could enter it as manual input in Dexxter and I think it would be sufficient for the auditor if you can present that document for verification.

Otherwise, you could issue an invoice to your practice owner yourself. But I imagine they will also need proof for their accounts...

Jan
