As a home nurse, I receive income through the health insurance funds. Can I record this as daily receipts on the day the money is received on, or is there an other way to do this?

Hello everyone,My situation: Sole trader, exempted from VATI have received a (Belgian) invoice (Participation in network event). This invoice has 0% vAT charged. It is not exempted from vAT. How should I enter this correctly? Thanks in advance!
