Question

I claim train tickets at 100%. Do I need to submit all my train tickets as attachments (there are about 50) or is an Excel summary with dates sufficient?

An Excel spreadsheet is not sufficient, but it can help you keep a summary of things (e.g. if you indicate for each ticket where you are travelling from and to, the date and the purpose of your trip in relation to your professional activity (e.g. visiting a customer, trade fair, training course, etc.). If you have purchased your train tickets digitally from the NMBS app, you will receive a confirmation email. If you make your purchases at the ticket office or from a ticket machine, you will receive a paper ticket. Both are valid as proof of purchases. If you purchase them digitally via the NMBS app, create a company account that states your vAT number. You can then question NMBS to provide you with an invoice for your purchases (per month, quarterly or yearly). In that case, you can enter those invoices in your accounts.
