Quarterly VAT return

My vAT credit for quarter 1 was less than €400, so I didn’t get it back at that time. However, most months I have to pay vAT.How can I get this credit back? And why isn’t this credit automatic transferred to the next quarter?

Renting a company car

I rent a car, but from Dexxter I must register it in the system. It asks me to fill in details such as CO₂ emissions, purchase date and registration date. Since I did not purchase the car, is it correct to fill in that information? Or should I approach this in a other way?
