Post credit note dated 2026 for incorrect invoice from 2025

I have now (2026) received a credit note dated 14/01/2026 for an invoice from December 2025 that was incorrect. However, when I try to enter it now (in 2025), I get an error message because the credit note has a date of 2026.How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance

Fiscal date – final statement for social security contributions

I received the final statement for social security contributions with an invoice date of 4/10/2025, which I submitted on that date. However, I forgot to update the fiscal date, as I will not be paying the amount until February 2026. Is the fiscal date the same as the payment date?

What is the smartest way to fill in the sales of my Shopify products? Will each order be a new entry in Dexxter, or can they be bundled per month? In either case, where is the best place to do this?

Invoice not received via Peppol

I did not receive the invoice from the energy supplier via Peppol because the contract is for a private residence. I want to claim costs for partial use of the residence for my secondary occupation, as before. Will this work as it did before?

Entered invoices

Dear Sir/Madam, Where can I find my invoices that have already been entered? I entered an invoice via Peppol but forgot to indicate that it has been paid. I can only find a summary of the invoices to be entered.
