Hello, I have a shop and regularly use the products from my purchases as testers (e.g. perfumes, hand soap, etc.). I was wondering how to enter this in my accounts. These testers were already entered as an expense at the time of purchase, but are no longer saleable. Thank you in advance.

I have an invoice from Xerius for starting up my secondary occupation. This invoice has been paid in 11/2023, but I started my secondary occupation on 01/2024. Can I still enter this in the year 2024, and if so, how do I do this?
