ASBL / VZW invoicing

Hello community, How/where can I set my customer’s status as ASBL/VZW? I only see the options ‘private person, Belgian company, within or outside the EU’. Many thanks!

fuel costs

As a gardener, I have fuel costs for many of my machines. I have filled up with this fuel separately and am wondering which cost category I should enter this receipt in, as it is not fuel costs for a vehicle?

1 invoice (expenses) with different vAT percentages.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am new here. It often happens that I have multiple vAT rates on incoming invoices (expenses). Does this mean I have to upload the same invoice multiple times to process, for example, 6% and 21%? Or can it be done in one go?
