Question

Hello everyone,

Until now, I have always drawn up an invoice and had the customer pay by bank transfer.
I recently had a customer pay an invoice on the spot via Bankcontact (SumUp). Is it sufficient to just upload this invoice? (And what about the Bankcontact costs?)

Can I just upload an invoice that has been paid in cash by the customer, or does this have to be done via daily receipts?

Many thanks

I have seen this come up so many times in this community... Read the article on daily receipts before you start using daily receipts... It clearly states not to do both.

Do not create a sales invoice and enter a daily receipt.

You have created an invoice, so do not use daily receipts. You will receive an invoice monthly (or whatever frequency) from the costs of Bancontact, which you enter in your accounts, and these costs will then also be included in your accounts.

Regards, Florian
