Some of my previous iC declarations are no longer visible in Intervat. Only those from Q1 are still stated, but Q2 has disappeared, as have those from the previous year. Should I be concerned about this? The receipts are still in Dexxter, though.

I would definitely contact the relevant authority about this, because it doesn't seem normal to me.

I have since been in contact with an employee of the FPS Finance, who gave me an explanation of how you can find old declarations via Consultations. The reference number you need to fill in there is stated in the XML receipt confirmation that has been uploaded to Dexxter. She did advise me to always download the PDF version of the receipt confirmation as well, because it states all the information and is therefore more useful if an old return cannot be found.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
