Purchases of garage box (new build) for storage

Hello,

We are looking for additional storage space for our business. We have found a new garage box in the neighbourhood.
Can we purchase such a garage box in the name of the business? How many years does it take to write this off? Since we are talking about a new construction project, we also have to pay 21% vAT. Would it be beneficial to change our statute (from vAT exempt to subject to VAT)?

Are there any other options? Does anyone have similar experience?

Sounds interesting, especially for vAT recovery.

Depreciation period, no idea... They say 33 years for buildings, but that's really long. What do you get when you look it up? Maybe consult an advisor?
