Question

I have a private combination package for our whole family with internet, mobile phone and television.
We as a family also pay for this via our private bank account.
Does the tax authority have access to your private bank account if you declare your internet and mobile phone costs that you have paid via your private bank account?

During an audit, the tax authorities have the right to inspect the accounts used to do payments. So either you pay with the business and then privately repay your share to the business, or the tax authorities also have access to your private account.

I didn't always pay attention to this here when I first started my business. Some expenses were indeed paid from my private account. Does it help to transfer the money from my business account to my private account now? I suppose they have to check whether the original amount has been paid to the company that supplied the goods?
