Car inspection receipt – No Peppol – No vAT recovery

I sometimes go to the vehicle inspection for a customer.

Until now, I have been recording the receipt I receive by scanning and uploading it.

Dexxter now tells me “Not via Peppol, so no vAT to recover” …

How do I record this expense correctly?
