Adding a hyperlink (e.g. Google review) to a template text

Question

Hi,

I would like to edit the template text when sending an invoice and immediately ask my customers to write a Google review. To do this, I would like to add a hyperlink, but I can’t seem to do it. There is no button for this, and if I simply copy and paste a word with a hyperlink from Word, I lose my uRL. Has anyone found a solution for this, please?

Kind regards,

Trui

Hmm, if you add a link and just type it out in full in the email, the customer will receive that link good. When I put the URL to my website in sales invoice emails, it is a hyperlink that I can click on. I often put myself in cc to follow up on quotations, and then I see clickable links.

Anyone else have other experiences?
