Installing a new kitchen

Question

I’ve had a new kitchen installed, and now I’m wondering if I can include here part of the costs in my accounts.

(I currently apply a professional percentage of 20% to all housing costs).

I think this is only possible if your kitchen is actually used for your business. For example, if you give cooking workshops or something similar. (But I'm no expert)

What if I use my kitchen island to work on, keep my drinks cool in the fridge for when I'm working, etc.?
