Question

Hello everyone

I am renting a new studio to carry out my profession (sole proprietor). However, I do not receive a monthly invoice here and, according to my landlord, I have to make a ‘recurring payment via the accountant’, but of course I do this via Dexxter. How can I enter this without an invoice from him? The studio is 100% for professional purposes, of course.

I would scan the contract and enter it as an expense. It is best to make the payment via your business account so that you can prove that you have actually made the payment in the event of an audit. I am not familiar with a 'recurring payment'. Does your landlord mean a standing order? You can do that yourself via your bank.
