Hi,
I (but I'm not an accountant, of course) would say 100% in your accounts. You wouldn't have a practice space if you weren't self-employed, would you?
So, in other words, that practice space is only there because you are self-employed, and it seems to me that the costs can simply be entered at 100% in your accounts. The same applies to vAT, but I have no idea whether you are subject to VAT, of course :)
I would indeed also enter practice space at 100% in your accounts. You'll only be going there for work, so I wouldn't hesitate.
I include furniture and furnishings at 75%, as I also use my practice space for my personal administration.
That's (very) correct from you. You won't find an inspector who will contradict you, but... I don't think that auditor will contradict you if you claim 100% either. At least, not if that space is somewhat separate from your private space, etc. But I said it on 16 April and I'll say it again now: I'm not an accountant, of course ;) It's nice to hear from each other and find out what percentage other are claiming.
Thanks for the tip. The 75% mainly applies to the desk, desk chair, etc. I do, of course, claim 100% for my treatment table, etc.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
