Have your company number cancelled (via a business desk), have your vAT number cancelled (also via a business desk) and then I think you're done.I think it will cost you around 150 euros. Make sure you submit the necessary returns :)
Your vAT declaration for quarter 3 (if you are subject to VAT), submit your customer list for 2022. Normally, you have to submit a customer list in March 2023, which then relates to the figures from 2022. But if you deregister, you have to submit the customer list immediately (within three months of deregistration, I think).
Personal income tax in 2023, for which you will still have to include figures from 2022 from your self-employed activity.
Then I think you're done.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
