garage, part of own home

Question

I use the garage from my home as storage space and a workshop. Can I claim this as a deductible expense? If yes, how should I calculate this cost? Thank you in advance.

I do the same. I simply adjust the percentage of my utility costs. With my garage/workshop, 30% of my living space is work-related. So fill in 30%!
