Question

Hello

How do I get invoices from abroad on which I have not paid vAT into the iC declaration list?

Thank you!

Thank you! If I am exempted from VAT, do I not need to do anything with those purchase invoices? For purchase invoices from foreign suppliers (reverse-charged vAT), you do not need to worry about the IC declaration. These invoices will not appear on your IC declaration. The IC declaration is only intended for sales invoices to customers subject to VAT within Europe. Purchases from abroad must be processed correctly, as those foreign suppliers will mention you on their own iC declaration.

These foreign iC declarations are then automatically sent to our Belgian tax authorities. This way, the Belgian tax authorities are automatically aware of your purchases from abroad. Nothing to worry about, as long as you keep accurate accounts!
