I have both Belgian and Dutch customers in my webshop.
Now there has been a change in the vAT rate for the Netherlands.
I bundle my daily receipts per day and then enter one amount.
I remove the Dutch ones and add a new line on that day, but where do I find the 19% VAT rate?

I suspect you are referring to the distance selling system, since 1 July the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme. Dexxter does not currently support the One Stop Shop system and distance sales (for webshops, among other things). It is therefore not yet possible to charge the correct vAT rate for your private foreign persons and then have the vAT transferred.
We will probably address this topic later and implement the OSS scheme, but for the time being this is not yet possible.
