I am exempt from vAT, but now I am receiving a reminder because I still haven’t submitted my periodic vAT declaration for the first quarter. I started in February. I have to do the declaration using the Intervat application, but I have no idea what they mean by that. Do I need an accountant in addition to Dexter to take care of all this, because I don’t understand any of it?
