Do I have to file a vAT declaration for a quarter in which I was not yet enabled?

I started in the second quarter, do I still have to do anything okay for the first quarter?

It depends on when you registered for vAT (which usually corresponds to when you started your business). For example, if you only started on 1 April 2025, you do not need to file a return for quarter 1.

If, on the other hand, you started on 01/03/2025, you were registered for vAT in quarter 1 and must therefore also submit a vAT declaration for quarter 1.
